White Glove Delivery
Large items (furniture, heavy fountains, etc.) are delivered by a freight carrier. These large trucks can’t back up or drive on private driveways; hence, the merchandise is off-loaded by the driver at the curbside. Items difficult to move by size or weight may require assistance that customers may need to provide. Truck deliveries are arranged in advance by phone, so customers know when the truck is coming. White Glove Delivery is an additional service which includes the purchase being unpacked, packaging materials removed, and the purchase placed in the home or garden. White Glove usually can’t be added after an order is shipped.
Many orders ship right away from our artisan workshops. These items come from multiple locations across the USA with varying transit times from departure of the order and its arrival to you. Sometimes, material or labor shortages will delay delivery. We do our best to keep you informed. For items that are made-to-order, the lead time can vary from approximately two weeks to six weeks. Furniture orders can sometimes take up to two months. All furniture orders are acknowledged with an estimated shipment date designated by the manufacturer.
