Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to five days for a credit to appear on your provider's statement.
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If a selection does not suit you or you changed your mind, please return it within 30 days of purchase. Send an email to email@example.com to request a prepaid FedEx return label. The cost of the return freight will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that oversized items that require special handling will incur an additional amount. Personalized items are not returnable.
