We ship by FedEx, United Parcel Service, or USPS, which can take up to 5 - 8 business days for delivery. Overnight and Second Day delivery are available at an additional charge, based on dimensional weight. Due to the size and weight of furniture and other oversize items, a freight company makes delivery. These big trucks are not allowed to back-up or drive on private driveways. Hence, the item is off-loaded by the driver at the street curb and delivered to the threshold.
For furniture collections of four pieces or more, we provide White Glove Delivery, where the furniture is uncrated and placed in the garden or home. This service is available for fewer furniture pieces at an additional cost. If there are questions about the White Glove Delivery service, please call us at (866) 469-0118 or send an e-mail to email@example.com. White Glove Delivery usually can’t be added after an order is shipped.
Additional charges may be required for deliveries to island locations such as Hawaii, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and Alaska where special services are necessary.
Any shortage or damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Within that time period, we will replace missing, lost or damaged merchandise.
