Purple Martin House
This stately three-level house offers comfortable lodging for community nesters—such as martins—that earn their keep by consuming a large number of insects each day. This 12-compartment house is made of cellular PVC, which will never splinter, warp or mildew. The copper roof—topped by a handsome spire—can be removed for cleaning. Brackets included. Made in the USA, the house normally ships within five business days of order placement.

A white vinyl sleeve (6" x 6" x 8' $250) is available to fit over a wood post (available at home improvement centers). Please note: Excessive cost now prohibits shipping the one-piece 108" sleeve. Instead, the maker now ships two 60" sections (total: 120") with a coupling to hide the seam line.
