Cardinals have long been a symbol of the holiday season. Hand-painted by American artist Libby Taylor, our birdhouse is made of cypress with a cedar shingled roof trimmed with copper. The art is sprayed with a clear sealer for lasting beauty. A desirable size for small songbirds, the opening is 1.5"DIA. For easy cleaning, the bottom is removable. The birdhouse arrives in a cellophane bag with bow, suitable for gift giving.
